Many people make the mistake of yo-yo dieting, restricting certain nutrient groups and even crash dieting.  The fact is all of these things will not work simply because they are unrealistic as a long term action.   The more that people diet the more they begin to associate negativity with the word diet.  The easier it becomes for them to fail.  
If you you are attempting to get a result from an action that brings misery and suffering, that makes you dread each day, each mealtime. How can you ever expect to see the results you want and keep them?
With my plan, you are encouraged to change the focus of losing weight from being something negative to something positive.  Weight loss is more than just cutting calories, it is something that also needs the mind to be in agreement. 
We all have patterns of behaviour, values and beliefs.  If any of those things are not in alignment with the aim of wanting to lose weight then you won't succeed in achieving it.  
That's why Hypnosis is such an effective tool for weight loss. At an unconscious level you can begin to unravel the beliefs and values that you hold, and you can begin to restore the behaviours into more favourable ones that will yield the results that you want.
My programme is so much more effective because we aren't just focusing on weight loss, we are focusing on a healthy lifestyle, on healthy thoughts, healthy behaviours and healthy mindsets.  When you take away the negative behaviours and negative thoughts you begin to see positive actions because you are no longer focusing on what you don't want.  We are going to be dealing with the real root causes and building you up into the beautiful person you are meant to be.  Whilst others may offer weight loss, i am giving you the ability to learn the techniques so you can continue to do it all by yourself.  That is true empowerment!
Over the course of the programme you will experience 15 online sessions with me, that will involve powerful Hypnosis and NLP techniques that will quite literally re-programme your mind with a much healthier approach to weight loss and life in general.
Each session will focus on different elements of weight loss, because essentially, it is more than just eating less.  In order to achieve permanent weight loss you need to accept and move on from what created the weight gain in the first place.  You need to implement life style changes that you will use for the rest of your life.  You need to have a clear, consistent goal.
In addition to 15 online sessions, you will also be given 12 months access to The Portal. The Portal contains all you need to know in an online format so that you can refresh each session, listen to your weekly hypnosis and learn how to use the techniques you are shown for your own personal use. 
This means that once you have completed your online sessions, you will be able to continue using the techniques you learnt on your own ensuring you can continue to succeed in your weight loss journey.
After your 15 sessions are complete you will also receive 3, 20 minute follow-up coaching calls, at 3 month intervals.  This will help to ensure you are still keeping on track.  
I take a lot of pride in my work, I work with my clients to bring results and positive changes.  I only take on clients who are ready to make those changes.  This plan doesn't work if you aren't prepared to take action.  You will need to attend each online session, complete the homework set and allocate around an hour every day to listen to your hypnosis track. 
I also only work with a limited number of people at any one time, this is so that i can be my best and give all of my clients the attention that they need.
My weight loss groups are limited to a maximum of 15 people.  Each session will last between 60 and 120 minutes.  Generally, most sessions last around 90 minutes.

SOLO

This is the programme for you if you want dedicated sessions. This ensures that you have complete privacy on your weight loss journey.
The dates and times are flexible around your own schedule.
You can begin immediately.
Appointments are available Monday-Thursday (day and evening) and Friday (daytime only)

GROUP

This programme is for you if you want to make new friends, have people to encourage you and support you.
This programme has a perfect balance for privacy as 3 of the sessions will be held in between regular sessions on a 121 basis to ensure that you get the time and privacy you might need for that particular session.

Group 1 Sessions

Begin on Tuesday 13th April and will run every Tuesday (excluding the 1st June and 8th June) until the 13th July.  

Group 2 Sessions

Begin on Thursday 29th April and will run every Thursday (excluding the 3rd June and 10th June) until the 29th July.

Group 3 Sessions

Begin on Tuesday 7th September and will run every Tuesday (excluding the 26th October) until the 30th November.

Group 4 Sessions

Begin on Thursday 23rd October and will run every Thursday (excluding 28th October) until the 16th December.
