How It Works
1. Book your strategy call. Its a 30 minute call to discuss your current sleeping patterns. Here we determine if you are struggling withwhat type of insomnia you are struggling with.
2. Attend your appointment(s). We will use various approaches depending on the plan that was personally created for you. We may use hypnosis or we may use NLP. Here we work on changing the subconscious behaviours and patterns.
3. Get back to enjoying a good nights sleep. Use some simple strategies to ensure that sleep finds you and stays with you the whole night through. zzzzzzz
