Over the years, we have discovered that smoking is unhealthy and can lead to multiple health conditions. Smoking has become less fashionable as it became illegal to smoke in bars, pubs and public buildings.
New trends such as vaping, using the e-cigarette have come along, giving people the illusion that they quit smoking that they are now non-smokers, that it’s healthier. The truth is if you are vaping and using e-cigarettes you are still smoking. You are still putting harmful chemicals inside your body.
