Sleep is an essential role to our body’s ability to restore and repair. Not getting enough sleep can also affect us cognitively and have long term effects such as anxiety, depression, learning problems, affect our metabolism, puts us at a higher risk of dementia and cardiovascular health problems.

I too used to suffer with Insomnia. I would be lucky to fall asleep before 2.30am but sometimes it could be 5am before I got any shut eye. This left me with physical pain in my body, anxiety, brain fog and feeling lethargic most of the time. It began affecting my relationships with family as my mood swings became unpredictable.
Fortunately, my story is rather different now that I enjoy a good nights sleep and you can too!
Join me over the course of 3 evenings (for around 90 mins each time) as I teach you some really powerful techniques that will help you find sleep, easier and quicker.
Over the 3 evenings, we will be looking at building skills, discovering a routine, learning how to relax, how to quieten the inner voice and stop the arguments in your head. Plus so much more. Rather than me just teaching you the techniques, we will be working through a sleep success manual together and actually doing techniques as a group. By running this over the course of 3 evenings you will be able to feedback your success, build your sleeping routine one step at a time in easy, manageable chunks.
You will also receive a hypnotic audio that you can listen to before bed to help you sleep.

What will be covered
Here are some of the key elements we will be covering.
Goal Setting – We all have different goals, it’s important to define your goal so you know what you are working towards rather than moving away from.
Bedtime routines – Structure and routine can really help the body clock to regulate
How to kickstart your body clock – Everyone spends so much time focusing on the can’t sleep part, but the getting up part is just as important.
Grounding exercises – discover ways of bringing energy into your body at the start of the day.
Removing distractions – We all know this but many of us don’t actually do it. During this workshop, I’m going to challenge you to and notice what improvements you find.
Affirmations – You are going to discover how to set personal affirmations and bring them into use.
Stopping the inner arguments – we’ve all been here, right? Replaying the arguments over and over. You are going to discover how you can stop that process to allow you to sleep.
Quietening the inner voice – how often do you go to bed tired and then lay down and your brain suddenly pings alive and that inner voice doesn’t seem to want to shut up? This technique will show you how to stop it and enjoy a quiet mind.
Letting feelings go – sometimes it’s feelings that can keep us up at night. I’m going to show you how you can let them go.
How to relax – you are going to learn multiple ways of relaxing the body so that you can easily drift into peaceful slumber.
I can't make all of the sessions live, is there a recording?
I will make a recording of the online sessions which will be available for you to watch for 30 days.
Is there a workbook?
Yes, you will be sent a PDF of the sleep success manual. You will need this for the live sessions as we will be working through this together.
You mentioned an audio, how do I get this?
After you have completed the workshop, you will be sent the audio as an added bonus for you to enjoy.
Will this workshop cure my insomnia?
No hypnotist can make any claims of curing anything. The purpose of this workshop is to teach you techniques that can help you to sleep better, I am going to teach you techniques that are powerful, they only work if you implement what is taught to you.
Insomnia can be caused by underlying issues such as anxiety, depression or some other medical cause. If after completing this workshop and implementing all strategies consistently you do not find any improvement in your sleep, I would recommend that you see your GP to rule out any underlying health issues. Once that has been done, you may wish to see me privately for working on any other underlying causes.
