Allow me to guide you through 3 classes to teach you many useful ways of optimising your sleep quality & quantity

  • In week 1 we will be setting clear goals for you and uncovering your beliefs around sleep. You will likely be surprised at how negative your beliefs around sleep are. We are then going to use a very powerful technique to blast out those old negative beliefs and bring in new positive ones instead.
  • In week 2 we are going to take at look at thoughts and how we interact with them and why that might be impacting you in a negative way. I’m going to teach you multiple strategies for quietening that noisy mind so you can wind down at bedtime.
  • In week 3 we are going to be doing some release work, letting go of those tensions and stresses that life brings so that you can enjoy a blissful sleep.
