New trends such as vaping, using the e-cigarette have come along, giving people the illusion that they quit smoking that they are now non-smokers, that it’s healthier. The truth is if you are vaping and using e-cigarettes you are still smoking. You are still addicted to nicotine and still putting chemicals inside your body that we are only just beginning to understand can have some effects on the body.
